Keto Wraps
So many of you like Mexican and have asked me for a suitable wrap. Here ya go! Try this one out.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups pork of finely crushed pork rinds
- (powder fine)
- 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix pork rinds and salt, then add in water and oil and mix together
- Take two sheets of parchment paper and coat with olive oil and set aside.
- Separate mixture into balls and place on parchment paper rolling them out as thin as you can. If you find that they are sticking then use the coated parchment paper and roll the dough in between it. Works like magic!
- Coat the bottom of a cast iron skillet (medium high temp) with olive oil
- Cook the flattened "dough" until brown on both sides.
NOTES:
If you want to store these, simply separate with parchment paper between each one and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
