Keto Pretzel Bites
I don't miss a thing! Annie's Pretzel Bites used to be my favorite. Now there's a great Keto Substitute. Gotta' love it!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs (one for the recipe, one for an egg wash)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add almond flour, baking powder, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals until the cheese is melted, about 60-90 seconds.
- Add the first egg and salt. Stir very well to incorporate into a dough. Shape into a dough ball.
- Separate dough into 4 parts. Roll each portion into a one-inch tube shape. Cut about 8 bites from each tube, and transfer to a parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
- Beat the second egg in a small bowl, and use a kitchen brush to apply egg wash to the tops of dough. Sprinkle the top with coarse salt.
- Place in oven for about 10-12 minutes until outside is slightly browned. Serve warm.

Keto Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- Optional:Liquid Stevia to taste (or not!)
Instructions:
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve cold.
