Keto Cinnamon Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Cinnamon Roll Dough
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 baking powder
Cinnamon Filling
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 scoop Pyure Single Ingredient Stevia
Cinnamon Roll Frosting Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 6 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 scoops Pyure Single Ingredient Stevia
- 1 tablespoon Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Oven 360 degrees.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese for approximately 1 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and stir making sure the cheese if fully melted.
- Stir in the egg
- Add almond flour, baking powder to the mixture and stir with a fork until the mixture is well combined into a dough.
- Place the dough ball on a sheet of wax paper.
- Lightly oil your hands and form the dough into 6 balls.
- Next, take each ball and flatten the dough making it as thin as possible (12-14 inches long).
- Prepare the cinnamon filling according to the directions below and spread the mixture over the flat dough rolls.
- Then roll the each section of dough from left to right and cut half. When you finish you should have 12 rolls.
- Place the rolls on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread frosting over warm rolls.
- Serve and Enjoy!

- Boil water and then stir in the sweetener and cinnamon.
Cinnamon Roll Frosting Instruction
- In a saucepan, mix the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and stevia heat on medium to desired thickness.
- Once the cinnamon rolls are done, pour or spoon the icing over the rolls.
