Keto Sriracha Tuna Patties
Keto Sriracha Tuna Patties are spicy, low on carbs, high on flavor and make the perfect weeknight dinner.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans Tuna (6 ounce)
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons Primal Avocado Mayo
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4 cup Primal Avocado Mayo
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
- Line the basket with parchment paper
- In a large bowl combine tuna, almond flour, mayo, dill, and onion powder.
- Combine all the ingredients well and then using an ice cream scoop, scoop the patties into the air fryer (single layer).
- Gently flatten the patties using the back of a spoon to around 1/2 inch thick.
- Air fry for about 10 minutes until brown pausing half way through the cooking time to flip them over.
- To make the sauce add all ingredients into a small bowl and mix until well blended.
- Serve the patties topped with the sauce or on the side.
