Keto Pot Roast

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds of chuck roast (bottom roast)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1 3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Himalayan pink salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 3 cups beef stock
- 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1/2 coconut milk (full-fat)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the roast into the center of a slow cooker.
- Combine beef stock, coconut milk, onions, mushrooms, garlic and spices and add to the slow cooker
- Cook on low for approximately 8 hours.
