Keto Italian Muffuletta Salad
Keto Muffuletta Salad is all the rage combining New Orleans style spicy meats, olives, and Italian flavors without the carbs
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 ounce salami (thinly sliced about 6 slices)
- 3/4 ounce pepperoni ( about 8 slices)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Solestado Muffuletta Olive Salad
- 2 tablespoons Tessemae's Organic Avocado Ranch dressing ( or Primal Kitchen Dreamy Italian dressing and Marinade)
- 1 ounce white sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In your favorite salad bowl or a medium sized plate, spread the lettuce evenly and add your meat toppings.
- Add the muffuletta salad and spread out over the top of the salad.
- Top with the cheese and add 2 tablespoons of either of the dressings listed above.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe Notes: You may substitute grilled chicken for the salami and pepperoni if you like.
