Keto Italian Muffuletta Salad

Keto Muffuletta Salad is all the rage combining New Orleans style spicy meats, olives, and Italian flavors without the carbs

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 ounce salami (thinly sliced about 6 slices)
  • 3/4 ounce pepperoni ( about 8 slices)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Solestado Muffuletta Olive Salad
  • 2 tablespoons Tessemae's Organic Avocado Ranch dressing ( or Primal Kitchen Dreamy Italian dressing and Marinade)
  • 1 ounce white sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In your favorite salad bowl or a medium sized plate, spread the lettuce evenly and add your meat toppings.
  • Add the muffuletta salad and spread out over the top of the salad.
  • Top with the cheese and add 2 tablespoons of either of the dressings listed above.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe Notes: You may substitute grilled chicken for the salami and pepperoni if you like.
