Keto Homemade Guacamole anyone? This is sure to become your favorite guacamole recipe. It's a quick, easy, "great for dipping anything" crowd-pleaser!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados, net carbs (ripe)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- pinch Pyure stevia powder (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Split avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop out from the skin.
- Place contents into a small mixing bowl and mash the avocados with a fork for chunkier consistency or mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add all of the spices and mix well until blended.
- Store guacamole in the fridge for about 45 minutes to an hour to get cold.
