Keto English Muffins
Your favorite breakfast sandwiches are on the menu again with these quick and easy Keto Enlish Muffins. Serve them with just butter or your favorite Keto approved topping!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Himilayan Pink Salt (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (for the pan)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Grease large 6 silcone muffin pan
- In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder, and pink salt.
- Add the eggs and whisk until well mixed. Allow the batter to sit for approximately 5 minutes
- Pour batter evenly into muffin pan and smooth out with a spoon
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Cool completely and remove
