Keto Crab Cakes
Keto Crab Cakes are quick and easy to make when you crave a little seafood. It goes great with most keto side dishes!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1/3 cup minced onions
- 1/3 cup finely diced bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/3 cup Keto Mayo (see condiment recipes to make this)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 egg (whisked)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 8 tablespoons coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients except coconut oil, until fully mixed.
- Form 8 round cakes and lightly sprinkle a little extra almond flour to coat the cakes.
- In a medium frying pan heat the coconut oil on medium to high heat and carefully place the cakes in the skillet.
- Cook for 5 to 8 minutes per side or until each side turns golden brown.
- Squeeze 1 to 2 fresh limes over the cakes when they are done. (optional)
