Keto Chocolate Chip Brownies

Keto Chocolate Chip Brownies 

Craving a guilt-free treat? Try our Keto Chocolate Chip Brownies! Made with sugar-free peanut butter, and Lily's stevia-sweetened chocolate chips, they're a low-carb delight that satisfies your sweet tooth without the carbs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar-Free Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pyure Organic Stevia (Single Ingredient)
  • 1/3 cup Lily's Stevia-Sweetened Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8”x8” pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk together eggs, peanut butter, and Stevia in a bowl.
  3. Add in the almond flour and blend into a smooth batter.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325F.
  6. Take out of the oven and leave to cool before slicing.
