Keto Chocolate Chip Brownies
Craving a guilt-free treat? Try our Keto Chocolate Chip Brownies! Made with sugar-free peanut butter, and Lily's stevia-sweetened chocolate chips, they're a low-carb delight that satisfies your sweet tooth without the carbs
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar-Free Peanut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Pyure Organic Stevia (Single Ingredient)
- 1/3 cup Lily's Stevia-Sweetened Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Line an 8”x8” pan with parchment.
- Whisk together eggs, peanut butter, and Stevia in a bowl.
- Add in the almond flour and blend into a smooth batter.
- Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325F.
- Take out of the oven and leave to cool before slicing.
