Keto Cheezy Chili Dog Casserole
Quick and Easy, this Keto Cheezy Chili Dog Casserole is sure to remind you of the traditional favorite without all the carbs!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb Ground Beef (Full-Fat)
- 10 Applegate Organic Uncured Beef Hot Dogs
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Rao's Marinara
- 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp Contadina Canned Tomato Paste
- 2 Tbsp Keto Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (divided)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Unrefined Coconut Oil
- Jalapeno (optional topping)
- Onions, diced (optional topping)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Add 1 tsp of salt to ground beef and brown over med high heat until done. Set aside.
- Add one tablespoon of coconut oil to a pan and cook hot dogs until lightly browned.
- Remove hot dogs from heat and cut when cooled.
- Add all spices in a large bowl along with Rao's Marinara and tomato paste
- Next, add in ground beef and mix until well combined.
- Pour all ingredients into a 9 X 13 baking dish and add in the hot dogs.
- Top with cheese. and bake for 20 minutes
