Keto Cheesy Green Bean Bake
Keto Cheesy Green Bean Bake is super easy and sure to become your new go-to Keto side dish!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds green beans
- 2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- pinch red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Kosher salt (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the beans into a shallow baking dish or iron skillet.
- Pour whipping cream over the beans and scatter the garlic and the lemon zest.
- Scatter the salt and red pepper flakes.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake until the beans are tender and cheese is melted, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Broil until cheese is browned, garnish with more parmesan cheese if desired, and serve.
