Keto Cauli-Rice Strogranoff

Keto Cauli-Rice Stroganoff is ridiculously delicious and super easy to make. You'll love the combination of the rich butter cream sauce on top of a bed of Keto Cauli-Rice!

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups riced cauliflower cooked
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons Keto Worchestershire Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium high
  • Add ground beef and onions to the skillet, and mix sauting the meat until it's completly brown.
  • Add minced garlic, sour crea, cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream to the skillet, and combine until the cream cheese is melted.
  • Next add the Keto Worcestershire sauce into the skillet along with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Continue until the sauce thickens to desired consistency.
