Keto Cauli-Rice Strogranoff
Keto Cauli-Rice Stroganoff is ridiculously delicious and super easy to make. You'll love the combination of the rich butter cream sauce on top of a bed of Keto Cauli-Rice!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups riced cauliflower cooked
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons Keto Worchestershire Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium high
- Add ground beef and onions to the skillet, and mix sauting the meat until it's completly brown.
- Add minced garlic, sour crea, cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream to the skillet, and combine until the cream cheese is melted.
- Next add the Keto Worcestershire sauce into the skillet along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue until the sauce thickens to desired consistency.
