Keto Barbecue Chicken Bake
Keto Barbecue Chicken Bake is a recipe you are absolutely going to love. Just imagine chicken cooked to perfection; smothered and covered in bacon and the best Keto Legal Barbecue sauce around!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds bonless chicken tenders
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic seasoning
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 3/4 teaspoon parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 cup Keto Barbecue Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the chicken in an air fryer on 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until done.
- Preheat oven to 350 drgrees and place the chicken in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- You can place the chicken tenders in the baking dish whole or you can shred them. (personaly I shredded mine)
- Sprinkle garlic seasoning over the top of the chicken.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the top of the chicken.
- Next crumble the bacon on top of the barbecue sauce and then cover with a mixture of the cheese.
- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Lastly sprinkle the parsley over the top of the casserole and serve.
