Keto Avocado Fries
Keto Avocado Fries with Everything Bagel Seasoning are the perfect side. Pair it with a bunless bacon burger and you have yourself a low-carb, high-fat Keto Approved Meal!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 avocados, net carbs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Everything Bagel Seasoning
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut avocados into wedges and peel
- In a small bowl mix the almond flour, garlic, and bagel seasoning together until mixed well (you can mix and match your favorite seasonings with these fries and make it your own)
- In a second small bowl mix the eggs and lemon juice until blended well
- Dip each avocado slice into the egg and then into the almond flour mixture
- Batter each avocado slice and place as many as you can in an air fryer making sure they don't touch
- Cook in batches on 375 degrees for 10 minutes
