Keto Avocado Fries

Keto Avocado Fries with Everything Bagel Seasoning are the perfect side. Pair it with a bunless bacon burger and you have yourself a low-carb, high-fat Keto Approved Meal!

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 avocados, net carbs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Trader Joe's Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cut avocados into wedges and peel
  • In a small bowl mix the almond flour, garlic, and bagel seasoning together until mixed well (you can mix and match your favorite seasonings with these fries and make it your own)
  • In a second small bowl mix the eggs and lemon juice until blended well
  • Dip each avocado slice into the egg and then into the almond flour mixture
  • Batter each avocado slice and place as many as you can in an air fryer making sure they don't touch
  • Cook in batches on 375 degrees for 10 minutes
